We will start with an introductory meeting where we can meet to discuss your plans for your organisation. This can be a complementary meeting so that you can get a sense of whether I can help you to achieve your goals.

We begin with an introductory meeting where we can start to get to know each other and work out whether we think we can work together to achieve the goals that you want to achieve. At the end of the session we can discuss whether we wish to continue to work together or whether there may be someone else within my coaching network who I could refer you to.

You can book one session at a time or you can block book a number of sessions (often booked in batches of 6 for example). I usually offer a favourable rate for block bookings depending on my availability at the time.

I have different prices for each service. I have some set prices for standard services:

• Lean Agile coaching

• Public training courses

• Private one to one coaching conversations.

I also have different rates for corporates or individuals. And depending upon my calendar I sometimes can offer discounted rates to those that might need it. Please contact me to discuss.

Finally, I provide weekly pro bono 121 coaching to young people in the Watford area who turn to Signpost for help and support.
